In that earlier case, police said 25-year-old Amir Rahmon Gracy was shot multiple times while inside a vehicle on Ray Street on September 28. Authorities said an unidentified person approached the vehicle and fired several rounds.
That incident remains separate from the shooting reported on October 1. There is currently no confirmed information linking the two cases.
